Description
The Weldy HT300-S separates the heating handle from its air source. Air reaches the handle through a 1.5 m hose from an external supply. Because there is no blower in the tool itself, the handle stays slim, light and easy to guide in confined areas.
The result is a precise hot air tool for plastic welding, drying and shrinking where access is restricted: on pipework and tanks, around foundation details, and in boat and aquaculture structures. It is equally at home in industrial workshops and on building sites.
Key Features and Benefits
External air supply keeps the tool compact
Moving the air supply out of the handle is what gives the HT300-S its slim profile. It also makes the tool adaptable, since the same handle can serve different hot air tasks with the right supply behind it.
Light, slim handle for longer work
At 265 mm long with a 43 mm handle diameter, and 1.15 kg including the 3 m power cord and 1.5 m air hose, the HT300-S is designed to reduce fatigue over longer periods of use.
Stable temperature for consistent results
The temperature adjusts from 20 to 600 °C. Precise control holds a stable working temperature, which is the basis for repeatable welds and controlled shrinking.
Quick to set up
Plug-and-play operation means minimal setup time when the tool moves between locations or tasks.
Applications and Use Cases
Applications for the HT300-S include:
- Plastic repairs
- Pipe and tube welding
- Plastic tank fabrication and flexible tank welding
- Boat construction and repair
- Aquaculture construction and repair
- Foundation waterproofing
- Cable shrinking
The HT300-S is also suited to soldering, heating and activating, cleaning, smoothing, deforming and melting.

Buy HT300-S from Global Source Middle East
The HT300-S fills a specific gap: hot air work where a full-size heat gun cannot be positioned. For plastic fabricators, maintenance teams and waterproofing contractors in the UAE, that means direct access to joints on pipework, tanks and foundation details.
Because the tool works with an external air supply, a quotation is most useful when it covers the complete working setup. Contact Global Source Middle East with your application and how the tool will be powered and supplied with air on site.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the HT300-S need a separate air supply?
Yes. The HT300-S is designed to work with an external air supply, connected through its 1.5 m air hose. Confirm the air supply arrangement for your application when ordering.
How is the HT300-S different from a conventional heat gun?
A conventional heat gun, such as the Weldy energy HT1600, has a built-in blower. The HT300-S takes its air from an external supply, so its handle can be much slimmer and lighter for work in tight spaces.
