These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at www.gsmegt.com (the “Website”), operated by Global Source Middle East General Trading L.L.C. (“Global Source Middle East”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before using the Website.
1. About Global Source Middle East and these Terms
Global Source Middle East is a limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), operating under the public brand name Global Source Middle East.

In these Terms, “you” refers to any person using the Website, including on behalf of a company.
By using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Website.
These Terms apply to the use of the Website only. The sale and supply of products is governed by the separate commercial terms described in sections 7 and 8.
2. Purpose of the Website
Global Source Middle East is a UAE-based supplier of construction and industrial products. The Website presents the products we supply, the brands we work with and our contact details, so that customers can explore our range and request quotations.
The Website is publicly accessible. Our products and services are aimed mainly at business and professional customers, including contractors, engineers, industrial buyers and procurement teams.
The Website is not an online shop. It does not process orders or payments.
3. Using the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes, including researching products, contacting us and requesting quotations.

- use the Website in any way that breaks UAE law or the law of the place where you use it

We take care to present accurate and useful product information. Product descriptions, technical specifications, applications and standards information on the Website are based on information published by the relevant manufacturers.

- Specifications can change. Manufacturers may update, improve or discontinue products, and specifications, model designations and article numbers may change without notice.
- Information is for general guidance. Product information on the Website helps you identify suitable products. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s technical documentation, installation and operating instructions, or professional engineering judgement.

Product images are for illustration. Colours, finishes, packaging and accessories shown may differ from the product supplied, and images may show optional items that are not included as standard.
Descriptions of what is included with a product are confirmed in the quotation for that product.

The appearance of a product or brand on the Website does not guarantee that it is in stock or available in a particular configuration, quantity or electrical specification. Availability, lead times and configurations are confirmed in our quotation.
We may add, change or remove products, brands and information on the Website at any time.

An enquiry or quotation request is an invitation for us to provide information or a quotation. It does not oblige you to buy, or us to supply, any product.
Quotations are issued by Global Source Middle East separately from the Website. Each quotation sets out the products, prices, quantities, validity period and the commercial terms that apply to it.

The Website and its content, including text, layout, graphics and the Global Source Middle East name and logo, belong to Global Source Middle East or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Manufacturer names, brand names, logos, product names and product images remain the property of their respective owners. They are used on the Website to identify the products we supply.
You may view and print pages of the Website for your own business use, such as evaluating products or preparing an enquiry. You must not reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission or, for third-party material, the permission of its owner.

The Website may contain links to manufacturer websites and other third-party websites and services, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. These links are provided for convenience.
