Description
The Väli VPWS 355 is an automatic butt fusion machine for thermoplastic pipe from 90 mm to 355 mm. It combines an electrohydraulic unit, a PTFE-coated heating plate with electronic temperature control, a removable electric facing tool and an electronic countdown timer on one frame.
It runs on a 220 V, 50/60 Hz supply with a total power of 5.85 kW, which makes it the larger of the 220 V machines in the VPWS automatic range.

Mid-to-large size range
Twelve pipe sizes run from 90 mm to 355 mm, for HDPE, PE, PP and PVDF pipe.
Heating plate
The PTFE-coated plate has electronic temperature control, a maximum of 270°C and a surface temperature deviation of less than ±5°C.
Electrohydraulic pressure control
The hydraulic unit adjusts pressure from 0 to 7 MPa, with low starting pressure for smaller or thin-walled pipe.
