Choosing Bits and Chisels
Match the bit to the base material, the hole diameter and depth, and the tool’s fitting system. SDS-plus and SDS-max are not interchangeable, and bits for metal are not suited to concrete. For chisels, the task and the hammer fitting decide the shape and shank.
