Samedia
Samedia is a German manufacturer of professional diamond tools, based in Denzlingen and part of the JFC Group. Most of its laser-welded diamond cutting blades, grinding cup wheels and diamond core bits are made in Germany. Its diamond tools are manufactured to EN 13236, the European safety standard for diamond tools.
About Samedia and its applications
Samedia produces its diamond segments with SHOXX, a patented hot forging process. Forged segments are dense and pore-free, which allows taller segments and is aimed at intensive continuous work, with lower vibration and a lower risk of segment break-off than conventional sintered segments.
